Lisa McConnell spent several years as a physical education teacher and coach. She understands the disciplined routines required to becoming a physically fit and skilled athlete. Over the years, Lisa has broadened her focus to the training and disciplining of the inner life. Realizing that a person's thoughts impact every area of their life and need as much, if not more training, than the physical body, Lisa believes that the keys to healthy living are found in God's Word coupled with the teaching of the Holy Spirit. Her passion is to help train others how to renew their thoughts, words, attitudes and emotions according to God's.

Lisa's motto is, "If we say we believe in Jesus then we also need to think like Jesus." She and her husband live in Ohio with their twin son and daughter.
